NBC 4: Hit and Run Bill Seeks Governor's Approval

Los Angeles is the hit and run capital in America with 14,000 cases this year alone. A Burbank assemblyman is attempting to change this with a bill that will extend the statute of limitations on hit and run crimes from three to six years.
